Movement is the best. It is fun and challenging. It's meditative and cathartic. It forces us to focus, and it forces us to let go. Movement is medicine and movement is a treat. Movement shines a light on how incredible the human body can be.
There is a movement style for every body. Find the type of movement that you love doing, and allow yourself to fall in love with moving your body every day. It's not always easy, but it also doesn't always have to be so hard, either.
Callie is a yoga and pilates teacher, fitness instructor, and personal trainer with a background in dance and theatre. Her classes feature creative and intuitive sequencing, fun and functional flows, and an attention to detail that won't quit. She holds several certifications and has completed trainings in Toronto and abroad.
Whether you are a seasoned athlete or dancer, or you've never worked out before, you are welcome here.
